The average sales price of a home in San Diego County as a whole has been $1,177,950. In North County San Diego we’re seeing prices range from the high $800,000’s in Oceanside to over $2 million per average transaction in Encinitas. Keep in mind the average transaction prices we talk about here include both the most exclusive luxury properties and the lowest of the low fixer uppers.
