Your April market report is here! Let’s take a look at the latest real estate trends in San Diego County and some of our biggest local real estate markets.
The average sales price of a home in San Diego County as a whole is $1,221,657, up from last months average sales price of $1,177,950. In North County San Diego we’re still seeing prices range from the high $800,000’s in Oceanside to over $2 million per average transaction in Encinitas for single family residences.
